By accessing or using Ai.Libi at https://www.ai-libi.com (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. If you are under 18, you represent that you have parental or guardian permission.
Ai.Libi is an interactive multiplayer mystery game. Players collaborate in virtual investigation rooms, examine clues, chat with AI-powered characters, and submit theories for automated scoring. Features may change, be added, or be removed at any time.
You may play as a guest (identified by a browser fingerprint) or create an account via email or Google OAuth. You are responsible for activity under your session or account and for keeping credentials confidential. Notify us promptly of unauthorized use.
NPC dialogue, story elements, scoring feedback, and other outputs are generated by artificial intelligence and third-party models. They may be inaccurate, inconsistent, or inappropriate. AI output is for entertainment only and is not professional, legal, or factual advice. Do not rely on it for real-world decisions.
You retain ownership of content you submit (messages, theories, room names). You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, process, display, and transmit that content solely to operate and improve the Service, including sharing it with other players in your room and AI providers for in-game generation. You represent that your content does not violate third-party rights or applicable law.
During the beta, the Service is provided free of charge. No payments, subscriptions, or in-app purchases are offered.

The Service, including software, stories, art, logos, and branding, is owned by Ai.Libi or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial entertainment.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE OPERATION.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AI.LIBI AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR GOODWILL. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED EUR 50. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN LIMITATIONS; IN THOSE CASES, OUR LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ai.Libi from claims arising out of your misuse of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate access immediately for breach of these Terms, abuse, or legal requirements. You may stop using the Service at any time. Sections that by nature should survive (disclaimers, liability limits, governing law) will survive termination.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Italy, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. EU/EEA consumers retain mandatory protections of their country of residence. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Italy, except where consumer law requires otherwise.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be posted here with an updated date. Where required by law, we will provide additional notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
